Reserve R.C.C.

Availability:

R.C.C. is available for use by your church or family group when not in use for camper sessions.  You may use this page to check available dates and to request a desired date.  Use of the R.C.C. campus requires agreement to the camp guidelines and application approval by the Camp Use Committee.

Note: Our staff and board are all volunteers. Reservation requests may not be acted upon for 2-3 weeks due to communications delays. Please allow adequate time for your request to be considered and for communications to be finalized.

This list is the official schedule maintained by the board.  Although every reasonable effort is made to keep the list maintained and accurate, date availability should be verified by Hal Gerber after submission of a completed camp use application.

  • To check for actual date availability please call Hal Gerber at (815) 979-7358 or send Hal an email.
  • The Camp Use Committee members are Hal Gerber, and Jason Willis. Feel free to contact either of them by email. If you need a quick response, indicate this in your email. Hal or Jason will try to get back to you as soon as possible. If you provide your phone, they may be able to call you. We cannot promise a response faster than 2-3 weeks.

The application and guidelines are PDF documents. They will take a minute or two to download depending on the speed of your connection. You will need to have Acrobat Reader to view. For your convenience, and if your computer cooperates, the Reservation Application can be filled out online before you print it.
