If you want to work on staff please open and print the application and mail it to the session director as soon as possible.  These forms take a couple of minutes to download, so be patient. If you are unable to open the PDF files (you can get Acrobat Reader free), please send an email including your name and address to Don Brewster and an application will be sent to you by mail. Printing problems may be solved by downloading the latest version of Acrobat (v. 6.0). Sometimes, the PDF just doesn't work! NOTE: This form can now be filled out online by most users before you print the form. After the form is complete, print and sign.)
